How much chauffeur experience do we have?

Where do I meet my driver after my flight or cruise?
For airport arrivals your chauffeur will wait for you at the arrivals hall with your surname clearly displayed on a nameboard as part of our meet and greet service, they will wait here for approximately 45 minutes.
If you are arriving from a cruise please call the chauffeur when you are ready to disembark on their contact number provided when booking and they will meet you in the pick up zone.
What if my flight or cruise is delayed or cancelled?
On many occasions flights and cruises do run behind schedule, we understand this so don't panic, we allow up to an hours wait from the flights scheduled landing time and ports docking time. A standard charge of £10 for each 15 minutes additional wait will be charged and payment can be made / will be taken once you have entered the vehicle.
If your flight is cancelled and you need to re-schedule your collection day and time please advise us as soon as you have been made aware. if the flight is cancelled by the airline within 24 hours of the booked scheduled arrival time full payment will still apply. We will however go above and beyond to make alternative arrangements for your collection should you find an alternative flight. This is subject to availability and extra charges may apply.
What if I need to cancel my booking altogether?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the date our services are booked for will receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the date our services are booked for will receive a refund of 60% of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the date our services are booked for will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to reschedule the date and time our services are required please let us know so we can transfer any monies paid. We cannot guarantee availability and this doesn't automatically give the right to a full refund if we cant fulfil your new request. If there are any changes or additional requests to the ammended date then we reserve the right to apply any relevant charges. If we cant accommodate your amended date your booking will be classed as a cancellation and no refund will be due.
What about booking and paying?
If you would like to proceed and book with us you will be required to complete a booking form, the link for this is in the quote email we sent you, please ensure all the details are correct. On receiving the booking form we will then send you a link for the payment, we require a £50 booking fee to confirm your booking and the remaining payment is to be made in full by 2 weeks prior to the date of travel, on receipt of the booking fee payment we will then email your booking confirmation. If you would prefer to pay the chauffeur on arrival please call to confirm prior to completing the booking form. No booking is confirmed until you have received your booking confirmation. Once you have returned the booking form we will hold your booking slot for 24 hours, if no payment is received or payment terms are agreed within this time we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Once we have received the booking fee we will confirm your booking by email.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely! We are based in Cardiff and therefore have the necessary requirements by Cardiff Council to include the Operators License, Private Hire License and also Private Hire Insurance. All documents can be provided upon request. Unfortunately many advertise they have all the necessary licenses and insurances but in fact don't have any whatsoever but still take on the booking and either provide an uninsured service and also poorly maintained vehicles and that's if they even turn up.
Our chauffeurs are all fully licensed by Cardiff Council Taxi Office, fully DBS Checked and have an SQA in private hire.
What if the vehicle breaks down?
We are very stringent on maintenance and servicing to provide you with the very best experience. Our vehicles hold full Mercedes Main Dealer service history since new and are always serviced before the recommended intervals. It is very unlikely that a breakdown would occur however as with all modern vehicles there is a tiny possibility that it could. In the event of a breakdown we would contact the closest operators to immediately collect all passengers and continue to take you all to your end destination.
